How to Order
There are two ways to order your personalised product:
Website shopping for custom photo gifts and products
- Find your chosen product and add it to your basket
- When you have finished shopping, checkout
- Once you have checked out you will then be able to upload you image.
- If you have any further instructions email them to info@mybiggerpicture.com
Postal shopping for personalised photo gifts and products
- Write us a note, detailing the product(s) you want to buy, remembering to let us know what colour option you would like
- Include either your credit card details or a cheque made payable to Mybiggerpicture.com Ltd.
- If you are sending a printed photograph, put the order, along with your photograph in a hard back envelope (or attach the photo to a piece of card and pop it in an envelope)

Remember, you don't have to use a photo on your personalised product; you can use a child's drawing, a favourite card, even a handwritten poem.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: ORDERING CUSTOM PHOTO GIFTS AND PRODUCTS
Your Photo
Your selected photo can be in either Portrait or Landscape format, Black & White, Sepia Antique Tint or Colour. Should you require it we can change your Colour print to Black & White or Sepia Antique, or your Black & White print to Sepia Antique Print. Photos should be no larger than A4 size, i.e.: approximately 30cm x 22cm (12" x 8½"). Please note that all photos will need a degree of cropping and editing, and that our designers will determine the cropping and editing to provide the best looking result to match your chosen product, in their opinion. The quality of the final fabric print will vary depending on the quality of your original photo.
Uploading Your Photo
The simplest way for you to send us your photo is by uploading it from this website. Whilst shopping on any product page, simply click on 'Buy Now' and follow the instructions on-screen. Please ensure images are either in JPEG, BMP or TIFF format. In the rare event of any complications, we will telephone and/or email you.
Downloading an Order Form
Alternatively, you can post us your photograph. Whilst shopping on any product page, simply click on 'Download an Order Form' and follow the instructions on-screen. Images must be posted to us using a hard-back envelope. In the rare event of any complications, we will telephone and/or email you.
Acknowledgements
In submitting the order form the customer confirms that they own the rights to their respective photo or have obtained the relevant written permission. We reserve the right to refuse to print or manufacture any image that may cause offence to public taste, attitudes and/or concerns.
General
All items are individually made to order, therefore, all sizes displayed on the site are approximate.
If your photo is valuable or of sentimental value, we strongly recommend that copies are made before sending them to us as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Your photo will be returned to you separately, from the goods ordered.
Your product will be despatched within 28 working days of Mybiggerpicture.com receiving your order and your photo.
Your personalised product is guaranteed to be free of any manufacturer's defects. If such defects exist you must notify us on 01625 421226 within seven days of receiving your product.
