Q Where are the products made
A: When you buy from us you are buying British. All our products printed by us and sewn at our factory in Great Britain.
Q When will I receive my order
A: Please refer to each individual product for dispatch timescales.
Q How will my order be delivered
A: All orders are sent by Royal Mail post. They may be sent by Recorded Mail or via Courier. All our made to order deliveries have to be "signed-for" to ensure we can track their progress and if necessary keep you informed.
Q What type of image or photograph should I provide
A: We can accept digital images as JPEGs or TIFFs in colour, black and white or sepia. We can convert colour to black & white/sepia or black & white to sepia.
Q If I order a double sided product, can I have a different image on each side
A: Yes. Once you have checked out, you will be forwarded to the image upload page, where you are requested to upload images for each side of the print.
Q Will my image or photograph be exactly the same on the product
A: All photos will need some degree of cropping and editing by our designers to best fit your chosen product, e.g. if you provide a landscape image for a square product. The quality of the final fabric print will also vary depending on the quality of your original photo.
Q Can I submit an image other than one of my own
A: Yes. But customers should note that when an order is submitted by them, they have confirmed to us that they own the rights to their respective image (Art, Photography, Print or otherwise), and/or have given/obtained the relevant permission.
Q Will the print fade on my ordered item
A: Unless it is left in strong sunlight, no. The digital printing technology embraced by Mybiggerpicture uses colourfast inks
Q If I have problems uploading my image, what should I do
A: No problem, either telephone or email us and we will advise if you can email your image or if we need to send you a link to upload your image.
Q I want to order something, but I am worried that I will make a mistake
A: If you have any worries, call us and we will be happy to help you through the process.
